How the marketplace works: accounts, orders, payment and who answers for what.

1.Definitions

1.1The platform — the Indicart website, its mobile versions, buyer and seller cabinets, search, chats, live streams and notifications.
1.2A seller — a verified party that lists a product; the sale contract is between the seller and the buyer.
1.3A buyer — a user who places an order on the platform.
1.4An order — a purchase from one seller: a cart holding items from several shops splits into separate orders.

2.1Using the platform means accepting this document as it currently stands.
2.2We may change it; a new edition is published on this page with the date it takes effect.
2.3If you disagree with the terms, you may not use the platform.

3.1We run the storefront, payment, delivery and dispute resolution — we are not the seller of the listed goods.
3.2The sale contract is between buyer and seller; we answer for our own services: payment, handing the parcel to delivery and support.
3.3We verify seller documents and moderate listings, but we cannot guarantee every claim a seller makes about a product.

4.1You can register with a phone number, an email or a sign-in provider; the details must be accurate.
4.2Access to the account is yours to protect: never pass on your password or one-time codes.
4.3If you see a sign-in you did not make, write to support and we will end the sessions.

5.1Price, availability and delivery terms are fixed at the moment the order is placed.
5.2Payment goes through a payment provider; the money is held until the order is confirmed as fulfilled.
5.3An unpaid order is cancelled automatically so the reserved item returns to sale.
5.4Returns and disputes follow the return rules available in the buyer cabinet.

6.1Taking a deal off the platform: private arrangements, payment outside the platform, swapping contacts instead of placing an order.
6.2Listing prohibited goods, using other people’s photos, faking reviews or inflating ratings.
6.3Scraping, load testing and anything else that harms the service.

7.1A listing can be rejected or taken down when it breaks the listing rules.
7.2An account can be limited or blocked for repeated violations, fraud, or when the law requires it.
7.3A moderation decision can be appealed through support — see «Complaints procedure».

8.1By posting photos, descriptions, reviews and messages you confirm you hold the rights to them.
8.2You allow the platform to show that content in the interface, in search and in service materials.
8.3We may remove content that breaks the law, third-party rights or the platform rules.

9.1The platform does not answer for the quality of a seller’s goods, but provides the return and dispute mechanism.
9.2We do not promise uninterrupted service: updates, provider outages and maintenance happen.
9.3Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in dispute unless the law says otherwise.

10.1The law of the operator’s country of registration applies.
10.2A dispute starts with a message to support — faster and cheaper for both sides.
