- 2.1To create an account, place and deliver an order, take payment and refund a return.
- 2.2To show relevant products and keep your cart, favourites and viewing history.
- 2.3To keep the platform safe: detect fraud, rating manipulation and break-in attempts.
- 2.4To meet legal obligations — tax, accounting and lawful requests from authorities.
3.Who receives it
- 3.1The seller — what is needed to pack and ship the order.
- 3.2The delivery service — recipient and pickup point details.
- 3.3The payment provider — what is needed to process the payment; we do not store card numbers.
- 3.4Authorities — on lawful request.
4.How long we keep it
- 4.1Account data lives as long as the account does.
- 4.2Order and payment data — for the periods the law sets for such records.
- 4.3Technical logs — for a limited time needed for security and incident review.
5.Your rights
- 5.1Profile data can be viewed and corrected in the cabinet.
- 5.2Consent to marketing messages can be withdrawn in notification settings.
- 5.3A deletion request goes to support; some data is kept where the law requires it.
6.Security
- 6.1Access is limited to the staff who need it for their work.
- 6.2Traffic between your device and the service is encrypted.
- 6.3Seller documents live in a separate private store, reachable only through short-lived links.
