When money is returned, how to open a return and how long the refund takes.

1.When money is returned

1.1The order was cancelled before dispatch — the full amount paid is returned.
1.2The parcel never reached the pickup point or was lost in transit — the full amount, delivery included, is returned.
1.3The goods are faulty or do not match the description — the price of the goods and the delivery are returned.
1.4Goods of proper quality may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt if they have not been used and keep their original condition, packaging and documents.
1.5Goods of proper quality included in the list approved by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic cannot be returned.

2.How to open a return

2.1Returns are opened in the buyer cabinet: «My orders» → the order → «Open a return».
2.2State the reason and attach photographs of the goods and the packaging — it speeds the decision up.
2.3The seller answers within the period set by the marketplace; if they stay silent or the two sides disagree, the marketplace decides the dispute.
2.4The decision is based on the conversation, the photographs and the delivery record.

3.Where and when the money arrives

3.1Money is returned by the same means it was paid — to the same bank card.
3.2The marketplace starts the refund within one business day of approving the request.
3.3How long it takes to appear depends on the issuing bank and is usually between 1 and 30 banking days.
3.4Refunds to a different card or in cash are not made.

4.Delivery and partial returns

4.1Return delivery of faulty goods is paid by the seller.
4.2Return delivery of goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer.
4.3When part of an order is returned, the price of the returned goods is refunded and the delivery charge is recalculated for the part actually carried out.

5.Disagreements

5.1A decision can be appealed to support — the procedure is described in «Complaints procedure».
5.2The marketplace is not a party to the sale, but it provides the return mechanism and holds the payment until the order is confirmed as delivered.
