Listing rules

What a product card must contain, what is forbidden and how moderation works.

1.General requirements

1.1A listing describes a real product the seller has and can ship.
1.2The product goes in the right category; picking a category for reach is a violation.
1.3Title, attributes, price and stock must match reality.

2.Description and attributes

2.1Required: title, brand, seller SKU, barcode, category, description, country of origin, warranty and shelf life where it applies.
2.2No outside links, no contacts for dealing off-platform, no text unrelated to the product.
2.3Attributes follow the category schema — the buyer’s filters are built on them.

3.Photos and video

3.1Photos must be your own or licensed; other shops’ cards and watermarks are not allowed.
3.2The first photo shows the product itself on a neutral background, without collages or ad copy.
3.3Video: one clip, up to 60 seconds and 50 MB, about the product.

4.Prohibited goods

4.1Weapons, narcotics, prescription medicines and anything withdrawn from circulation.
4.2Counterfeits and imitations of other brands.
4.3Licensed goods without a valid licence held by the seller.

5.Categories we watch closely

5.1Food, supplements and cosmetics — with composition, shelf life and documents on request.
5.2Electronics and appliances — with warranty and what is in the box.
5.3Kids’ products — with age marking and certificates on request.

6.Duplicates and promotion

6.1Identical cards from one seller are merged; product options belong in variants, not separate cards.
6.2Inflating views, reviews and ratings is forbidden.
6.3Paid promotion does not waive the requirements for a listing.

7.Moderation

7.1A new listing and a substantial edit are reviewed before publication.
7.2A rejection states the reason in the cabinet — fix it and send it again.
7.3Repeated violations lead to publishing limits and a review of the shop.
