1.Subject
- 1.1The platform gives the seller a storefront, a cabinet, payment acceptance, delivery and promotion tools.
- 1.2The seller decides the assortment, prices and stock, and answers to the buyer for the goods.
- 1.3By listing a product the seller confirms the card is accurate.
2.Requirements for the seller
- 2.1The seller passes document verification; until it is done, publishing, live streams and payouts are closed.
- 2.2The seller sets a drop-off point and the weight and dimensions of the parcel — without them an order cannot be shipped.
- 2.3The seller follows the listing rules and the labelling requirements of their jurisdiction.
3.Orders and settlement
- 3.1The buyer’s money is held until the order is confirmed as fulfilled and then credited to the seller’s wallet.
- 3.2The platform fee is withheld from the order; the current rate is published in the seller cabinet.
- 3.3A verified seller can withdraw funds to the details set in the cabinet.
4.Returns and disputes
- 4.1The buyer can open a return within the period stated in the return rules.
- 4.2The seller answers the claim; if the two disagree, platform support decides.
- 4.3An approved return reduces the amount payable to the seller.
5.Limits and termination
- 5.1The platform may suspend a shop’s sales for rule violations, buyer complaints or legal requirements.
- 5.2A seller may stop trading after closing active orders and settling open disputes.
