1.Our role
- 1.1The platform provides a storefront and the services around a deal; the shop is the seller.
- 1.2Product information comes from the seller; we check it as far as moderation goes.
2.Deals between users
- 2.1Arrangements made off the platform are not covered by its return and dispute mechanisms.
- 2.2Paying outside the platform is at the parties’ own risk; we cannot get that money back.
3.Service availability
- 3.1Maintenance windows and outages at connectivity, payment and delivery providers happen.
- 3.2We restore service as fast as we can, but we do not promise it never breaks.
4.External links
- 4.1The service may link to third-party sites whose content and policies we do not control.
5.Limitation of liability
- 5.1We do not compensate lost profit or indirect losses.
- 5.2Liability is limited to the amount of the order in dispute unless the law says otherwise.
